"I found what I needed fast…"
I found what I needed fast and didn’t have to dig around much. I tend to tune out anything that doesn’t look relevant, so it was nice that the important stuff was easy to spot. No fuss at all...

"Packaging was a bit underwhelming"
I was in a good mood when this arrived, so I was excited to open it. But the packaging felt kind of disappointing. The box was really plain and had a few scuffs on it, which made it feel less nice than I expected. The product itself was fine, so it wasn’t a terrible experience, but the overall presentation just didn’t feel very special...

"Nice, but not amazing for me"
I tried the Neal & Wolf shampoo and conditioner, i thought they were nice overall. The scent is lovely, and my hair did feel soft after the first couple of washes. But after using them a few more times, I didn’t really notice enough of a difference to justify the price for me. They’re definitely not bad, just not quite as impressive as I was hoping

"Actually worked really well for my curls"
I ordered from nealandwolf.com for curl definition, it worked better than I expected. I know some people are picky about curl products, but for me it gave my curls a nicer shape without that crunchy feel, which I absolutely can’t stand. It did take me a couple tries to figure out the right amount, but once I did, it held up nicely for most of the day.

"Quick delivery, easy experience"
My order from nealandwolf.com arrived sooner than I expected, it was a nice surprise. I got the tracking updates, the parcel showed up when it was supposed to, and everything I ordered was in there. No hassle at all, really happy with how smoothly it went.

"Kind of wish it worked better"
It does help a little with frizz, but I kind of regret expecting more from it. My hair looked slightly smoother, just not enough for me to feel like it made a big difference...

"Worked Better Than I Expected"
My scalp gets itchy easily, so I wasn’t totally sure how this would go. But it’s been fine so far. My hair feels clean after using it, and I haven’t noticed any redness or irritation, which is usually what I worry about.

"It was alright, just not amazing"
I had a damage repair treatment done at Neal & Wolf, and to be fair, my hair did feel a bit less dry afterwards. The staff were lovely and everything was totally fine, no complaints there. I guess I just expected a little more considering the price. I might give it another go at some point, but I’m not 100% sure yet.

"Really helped my dry ends"
I ordered from nealandwolf and overall I’m happy with it. As someone whose hair always seems to get dry at the ends, I definitely noticed it feeling more hydrated after a few washes. I was hoping for a little more shine, so I’m taking off one star for that, but the moisture is absolutely there.

I mean, my hair did look a little smoother after using it, so I’m not saying it doesn’t work or anything. The smell is actually really nice too. I just didn’t notice some huge difference, and for the price, I kind of expected a bit more. Maybe it works better for other hair types, but for me it was just okay.

"The return process took forever, and…"
The return process took forever, and my refund still hasn’t been sorted out. I kept getting pushed through automated messages instead of talking to an actual person, which made the whole thing even more frustrating. I just want my money back without having to fight a robot every step of the way.

It was nice enough, but just too sweet for my taste. I feel like I mentioned that already and nobody really read it, but yeah, if you don’t like super sweet stuff, this probably isn’t the one.

"Good hold without feeling too stiff"
I got a styling product from nealandwolf and, it’s been good. It holds my hair in place through most of the day without making it feel rock hard, which I really like. I can still brush it out later without a struggle. On windier days I do—actually, I need to use a bit more to keep everything where I want it. Delivery was totally fine too. I’d give it 4 stars.

I’ve been loyal to my usual hair brand for years, so I wasn’t expecting much when I tried this. But I have to admit, my frizz is way less noticeable now, especially on humid days. I’m kind of conflicted because I still love my old go-to, but this one might be earning a spot in my routine.

I bought this mainly because I was hoping it would make my hair look shinier, but i didn’t notice much of a difference after using it a few times. Right after washing, there was a little bit of gloss, but by the next day my hair looked flat again. The smell was okay and it wasn’t a terrible product, but for what I paid, I felt a bit let down. I also had that annoying feeling after checkout like, “Did I just fall for the hype?” Maybe it works better for other hair types, but it didn’t really do much for mine.

"Good quality, scent is a bit much"
I ended up trying the shampoo and conditioner after looking through the ingredients, which, looked decent to me. My hair felt clean afterward, but not in that dry, squeaky way, if that makes sense, and I really liked that. I’m giving it 4 stars because it’s not exactly cheap, and the scent is… well, it’s a little stronger than I’d prefer. But overall, it feels like a good-quality set and I’d probably buy it again.

"Good stuff, fair prices"
I liked the products overall, honestly. Everything seemed nice and the prices felt fair to me, though I did catch myself thinking they could maybe be just a little cheaper. Not a huge complaint or anything, just one of those thoughts you have while shopping. Overall, a good experience
